It's built for Ghana and understands local languages (Akan, Ewe, Ga, French, and more).
Yes. Mobot uses bank-grade security: Every transaction requires your secret 4-digit (or emoji) PIN. Wrong PIN attempts are limited (5 tries → freeze for 30 minutes; repeated tries → 1 hour). All transactions are hashed for extra protection. The Emergency Button on the landing page lets you instantly freeze, unfreeze, block, or unblock your account if needed.
There's no "reset button." You simply tell Mobot in chat that you forgot your PIN. Mobot will ask you to verify with your security questions or details. Once confirmed, reset your PIN and remind you to keep it private and secure.
Yes. You can pay utility bills, subscriptions, airtime/data, and more directly from WhatsApp using Mobot.
You don't need a separate support line — Mobot is your support. Just chat with Mobot on WhatsApp to ask questions or request actions (like PIN reset).
