- Emergency self-service actions (e.g., freeze account or disable transactions) via website and WhatsApp
- 24/7 customer support through WhatsApp

Our services use our custom-trained AI model, specifically designed for Ghana's financial ecosystem. This proprietary model, trained on 67,687+ Ghana financial conversations, provides:
- Local Context Understanding: Trained specifically on Ghana financial conversations and cultural nuances
- Multi-language Support: English, Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa
- Financial Specialization: Ghana financial services and local context
- High Accuracy: 95%+ accuracy in Ghana financial queries
AI is used to help interpret requests, generate responses, and trigger permitted actions under your control. You remain responsible for reviewing actions before completion, and we implement safeguards to minimize errors or misuse.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To use MOBOT AI services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Residency: Must be a legal resident of Ghana
- Identification: Must possess a valid Ghana Card (National ID)
- Phone Number: Must have a valid Ghanaian mobile phone number
- WhatsApp: Must have access to WhatsApp for primary service delivery
- Legal Capacity: Must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate services if eligibility requirements are not met or if false information is provided.
4. Account Registration and Verification
4.1 Registration Process
To create an account, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Submit valid Ghana Card details for identity verification
- Create a secure transaction PIN
- Agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
4.2 Account Verification
We may require additional verification including:
- Document submission for identity confirmation

- Source of funds verification for large transactions
5. Fees and Charges
Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and competitive:

6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Account Security
- Keep your transaction PIN confidential and secure
- Do not share your account credentials with anyone
- Report suspicious activities immediately
- Use strong, unique passwords for your WhatsApp account
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
6.2 Lawful Use
- Use services only for legitimate financial transactions
- Do not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Do not use services for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Report any suspected fraudulent activities
6.3 Information Accuracy
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your details
- Ensure recipient information is correct before sending money
- Verify transaction details before confirmation

- Circumventing transaction limits or security measures
- Creating multiple accounts to avoid restrictions
- Reverse engineering or attempting to hack our systems
9. Service Availability
9.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Network connectivity issues
- Third-party service provider outages
- Force majeure events
9.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
10.1 Service Disclaimer
MOBOT AI services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 Limitation of Liability

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months
- Third-party service provider failures or outages
- User errors or misuse of services
- Unauthorized access due to user negligence
10.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 Suspension Reasons
We may suspend your account for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Suspicious or fraudulent activities
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Regulatory or legal requirements
- Non-payment of fees or charges
11.2 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Internal Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through our customer support channels first.
12.2 Mediation and Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Ghana's Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
12.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Ghana.
13. Regulatory Compliance
MOBOT AI operates under the supervision of:
- Bank of Ghana (BoG) - Financial services regulation
- National Communications Authority (NCA) - Telecommunications
- Data Protection Commission - Data privacy compliance
- Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) - Anti-money laundering
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through:

- Email notifications
- In-app announcements
- Website updates
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
