Mobot User Data Deletion Policy

At MOBOT INNOVATION ENTERPRISE (BN330881025), we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from our systems, you can do so at any time by contacting us.

How to request data deletion:

Send an email to support@chatmobot.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Provide your registered phone number or Mobot account ID so we can identify your account.
Once we verify your request, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 working days.

Please note that some transaction data may be retained where legally required by the Finance partners, tax authorities, or other regulators.
